What you will do

• Design, build, test, and maintain high-quality modern software applications.
• Apply development practices and patterns for security, scalability, and performance.
• Contribute to technical decisions, architecture, estimation, product planning, and user story or requirement creation.
• Design and develop across multiple application layers.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to collaborative knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Proficiency in designing, building, testing, and maintaining modern software applications.
• Experience applying development best practices and patterns related to security, scalability, and performance.
• Experience contributing to technical decisions and direction in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with design and development across multiple application layers.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.

Nice to have

• Good communication skills, including the ability to communicate issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery techniques.
• Experience debugging and troubleshooting live applications.
