Director of Venture Payments (Crypto Payments)

Location: Fully remote across Europe and South America

Salary: USD $100k–$200k base

hirify.global is working with an innovative blockchain infrastructure company launching a crypto payments venture focused on stablecoin-powered cross-border payments, B2B payouts, and merchant settlement.

What you will do

• Lead the 0-to-1 launch of a new crypto payments venture.
• Own product strategy for stablecoin payments, cross-border transfers, and settlement.
• Drive commercial growth through partnerships, distribution, and revenue generation.
• Build and lead a dedicated product-engineering team.
• Manage payment operations, foreign exchange, liquidity, and compliance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in payments, remittances, or fintech, including at least 3 years in crypto.
• Proven experience launching live stablecoin payment products and crypto-based cross-border payments.
• Strong understanding of B2B payments, payouts, merchant settlement, and treasury.
• Knowledge of Bitcoin and EVM ecosystems.
• Commercial mindset with experience building products from scratch and owning business outcomes.
