Analyst, Search Engine Optimization

Salary: $66,300–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Execute day-to-day SEO tactics across multiple clients and deliver strategic components of organic search programs.
• Implement SEO strategies and support technical consultations and client deliverables.
• Work against predefined SEO campaign objectives and coordinate client work with other media teams.
• Prepare regular client reports and deliverables.
• Support SEO evangelism, education, and new business activities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of work experience in an SEO-heavy environment and/or specifically with SEO.
• In-depth knowledge of all aspects of SEO, key search engine ranking factors, and on-site optimization.
• Ability to conduct relevant keyword research, make recommendations, and deliver within the requirements of strategic SEO campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and Microsoft Office applications.
• Independent problem-solving skills, strong time management and organization, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines across several clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across a portfolio of accounts in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with a team.

Nice to have

• Familiarity or experience with Screaming Frog, MOZ, SEMRush, Brightedge, Conductor, or other industry tools.
• Working knowledge of HTML, PHP, JavaScript, and/or CSS.
• Experience with local listings management and local SEO.
• BrightEdge certification.
• Google Analytics certification.
