Women's Design, Design Projects Intern (Jewelry Design)

Location: New York, NY, hybrid.

Salary: $25 per hour.

What you will do

• Support design development through CAD and Shop submissions, layout and color proposals, and pricing requests.
• Help prepare styles for T/O, Market, and Product Development.
• Develop working knowledge of the design development process from concept through production.
• Create and update layouts and colorways in Photoshop for product development.
• Collaborate with Design and cross-functional partners on operational and development needs.
• Execute assigned responsibilities accurately and within established timelines.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Jewelry Design, Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 3.0 overall GPA.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Nice to have

• Product Development background in Design or Jewelry Design.
• Interest in jewelry design and the product development process.
