Senior Hardware Program Manager (NFC/Wireless Charging)

Location: San Jose, California, United States; onsite role

Base salary: $186,200–$256,100 annually

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end systems program management for 13.56MHz wireless charging solutions.
• Gather customer requirements and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams through architecture, development, certification, and production ramp.
• Partner with customer and internal R&D, product management, product engineering, testing, and manufacturing teams to define schedules and resources.
• Manage customer issues, change requests, and problem reports through successful closure.
• Drive delivery of hardware and software solutions while monitoring quality, schedule, manufacturability, price, power, die size, and system performance.
• Provide technical support and objective, data-based reporting to customer and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Approximately 10 years of semiconductor industry experience, including successful wireless charging solution launches and complex program management.
• Strong understanding of 13.56MHz NFC systems, ISO14443, NFC Forum WLC, Qi, and wireless power transfer standards.
• Experience with project management, business development, and direct customer management.
• Business-fluent English, excellent communication and leadership skills, and strong analytical ability.
• Ability to lead matrixed, multicultural, and geographically distributed teams with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
