Graduate Insights Analyst (Casino)

Location: Soho, London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with 3 days in the office from Tuesday to Thursday.

What you will do

• Analyse customer, transactional, and game-level data with the wider Insights team to support hirify.global Casino’s growth.
• Use SQL to understand user behaviour, identify trends, and solve business challenges.
• Monitor core Casino product KPIs and investigate performance changes and their underlying drivers.
• Translate analytical findings into coherent stories, visual summaries, and presentations that support business decisions.
• Work with stakeholders and maintain clear communication about workload and projects.

Requirements

• Excellent analytical and numerical capabilities, ideally developed through a degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience using SQL in an academic or professional setting, with a strong desire to develop hands-on technical skills in a real business environment.
• Ability to turn data into actionable recommendations and confidently present analysis.
• Self-motivated approach to finding and solving business problems.
• Ability to learn in a fast-changing work environment.
• Confident and coherent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders and other teams.
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to teamwork.

Nice to have

• Understanding of the betting and gaming industry.
