Senior GTM Engineer (AI)

Location: New York, United States; on-site.

hirify.global is building an AI-powered legal operations platform for in-house legal teams, used by more than 500 companies and backed by $100M from Index Ventures, General Catalyst, Highland Europe, and others.

What you will do

• Own the GTM stack, roadmap, tooling budget, vendor relationships, and the function's shared backlog as its founding member.
• Define the CRM data model and make it the trusted source of truth for accounts, contacts, pipeline stages, sources, and attribution.
• Build integrations across CRM, marketing automation, sales tools, the website, product usage data, and enrichment using APIs, webhooks, and reverse ETL.
• Own website systems including forms, routing, tracking, personalization, and experimentation in partnership with Marketing and Engineering.
• Build signal-based pipeline systems for account scoring, enrichment, intent, product-usage signals, routing, and follow-up.
• Build and evaluate AI agents for account research, outreach preparation, inbound qualification, meeting follow-up, renewal, and expansion signals, while defining where human review remains necessary.

Requirements

• 5+ years building GTM systems at a B2B software company through GTM engineering, growth engineering, technical marketing operations, RevOps, or software engineering.
• Production-quality Python or JavaScript and SQL skills, with comfortable use of APIs, webhooks, and AI coding tools.
• Deep knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, and sales-tool data models.
• Experience running AI workflows or agents in production.
• Commercial judgment across acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion, with the ability to turn ambiguous growth problems into working systems.
• Clear communication with non-technical teams, including explaining tradeoffs, saying no, and driving adoption.
• Experience with website and front-end work such as forms, tracking, personalization, and experimentation.
• Experience with data warehouses, transformation, reverse ETL, product-usage data, routing, scoring, and lifecycle triggers.
• Experience supporting multiple motions such as enterprise sales, ABM, partnerships, and expansion, plus security and compliance work including SOC 2 and GDPR in GTM systems.
