Salesforce/Certinia Administrator

Location: Remote from Argentina; current legal authorization to work in Argentina is required

What you will do

• Administer user records, permissions, access levels, configurations, and platform data.
• Configure Salesforce and Certinia for Sales and Service Delivery teams, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and process automation.
• Support Certinia PSA, Accounting, and Revenue Management processes and maintain system scalability, stability, and data integrity.
• Test and implement Salesforce and Certinia releases, upgrades, maintenance activities, AppExchange applications, and Certinia packages.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into secure, scalable solutions and troubleshoot platform issues.
• Provide user guidance, maintain documentation, and coordinate with Salesforce and Certinia vendors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Certinia, including PSA, Accounting, Revenue Management, Analytics Studio, and Financial Report Builder.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification.
• Experience configuring and testing Salesforce and Certinia functionality and maintaining platform data.
• Ability to collaborate with Service Delivery, Sales, Finance, IT, Operations, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience with Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs for reporting and executive communications.
• Current legal authorization to work in Argentina is required; visa or work permit sponsorship is not available.

• Experience integrating Salesforce and Certinia processes with Slack.
• Experience using AI tools to optimize internal processes.
• Experience in consulting or professional services organizations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
