About the Role

You will own the storage network from spine to leaf, diagnose production fabric issues, and investigate problems through switches, the operating-system network stack, NIC drivers, and software layers. You will build automation and tooling, collaborate with SDN and Network Edge teams, and translate storage needs into network architecture.

Requirements

• Production L2 and L3 networking experience
• Scripting and debugging ability through the TCP/IP level
• Ability to own and resolve issues end to end
• Ability to communicate complex network concepts across technical domains
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Architect and operate the storage network from spine to leaf
• Diagnose and root-cause cluster fabric issues under production pressure
• Investigate issues across switches, operating-system network stacks, NIC drivers, and software
• Build automation and tooling for debugging, monitoring, and operations
• Partner with SDN and Network Edge teams
• Translate storage needs into network architecture and network realities into storage context
