Transformation - Oracle EPM Solution Architect (Oracle)

Hybrid work with in-person attendance at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site. Travel may be required, up to 40%.

Base salary in the Denver office: $135,000–$196,000 annually.

What you will do

• Deliver advisory and implementation services for client transformation initiatives.
• Support full life cycle Oracle implementations across planning, design, build, testing, training, deployment, and post-production support.
• Document business requirements, system designs, transformational goals, functional designs, process designs, scenarios, and flow maps.
• Configure Oracle applications, conduct iterative unit testing, prototype solutions, and define support procedures.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides and conduct end-user training.
• Work with clients to assess current-state processes and define future-state processes based on business objectives while meeting utilization targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function serving cross-industry clients at a national level.
• At least 4 full life cycle Oracle implementations.
• An industry-recognized professional certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of software development life cycles, key metrics, and reports.
• Experience with application integration and back-end data connectivity applications.
• Experience installing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Applications, plus exposure to or training on Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications, strong leadership skills, and the ability to conduct meetings and write technically oriented documents.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, time-sensitive projects and work with clients to define future-state processes.
