Lab Test Mean Lead Engineer (M/F)

Location: Toulouse Area, France; based in the Lab Test Means Design & Realization department. The role is associated with on-site work in Toulouse.

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical focal point for engineering queries across the assigned Lab Test Means perimeter.
• Prepare cost estimates, scheduling baselines, and feasibility studies for test-rig upgrades.
• Coordinate and verify hardware and software modifications and architectural corrections on rigs.
• Provide level-2 engineering support and lead complex hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Manage simulation-model integration and rig-related safety compliance topics.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in test-mean architecture, aircraft-systems engineering, or hardware-in-the-loop simulation.
• Broad multi-system technical background covering wiring, electrical and electronics engineering, and software integration.
• Hands-on expertise with hardware and software troubleshooting frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in technical coordination and small-scale project management, including planning and estimation.
• Full professional fluency in French is mandatory.
• Good command of technical English.

• Familiarity with VCOM tools.
