Lifestyle Show Spring Semester Intern

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite at 5001 Wynnefield Avenue and at off-site promotional events.

What you will do

• Assist with writing and producing broadcast television promotional and commercial spots.
• Assist with digital marketing across the website and social media.
• Gather and research story ideas for the daily live Positively Philly lifestyle show.
• Assist with greeting studio guests and support production of the 9:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m. program.
• Write and produce at least one promotional spot for broadcast on PHL17.
• Assist with staging and managing off-site station promotional events, learn voice-over copywriting, and shadow Writer/Producers during spot creation.

Requirements

• Must be legally able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Collaborative working style and willingness to learn.
• Some knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Some knowledge of DSLR and/or ENG cameras.
• Some knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Some knowledge of working with social media.

Nice to have

• Some knowledge of WordPress.
