Client Servicing Analyst (Investment Accounting)

What you will do

• Manage client inquiries and requests across investment accounting, asset classes, and financial markets.
• Provide timely and accurate information related to financial statements and analytics reporting.
• Complete operational tasks including account setup, client lockdowns, compliance, and reconciliation validation.
• Collaborate directly with clients to build relationships and improve their experience with Clearwater.
• Validate investment data against third-party market data and use internal tools to reconcile investment transactions.
• Manage workflow according to productivity and quality metrics while contributing to team and client projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or a financial or business-related field.
• Basic understanding of investment accounting, financial statements, amortization, interest income, and other accounting concepts.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
