Principal Product Manager (AI Logistics)

Location: Change Building AR Bentonville Home Office, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States of America. Full-time, onsite role.

Salary: $110,000–$220,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Define and evolve product strategies across multiple related products using data, domain expertise, customer feedback, and market opportunities.
• Lead product roadmaps and align priorities with business objectives, technical feasibility, and resource allocation.
• Drive organization-level decisions through advanced analytics, experimentation, and AI insights.
• Collaborate with business, operations, engineering, data science, and senior stakeholders to promote product management best practices.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from MVP development through scalable launch and ongoing optimization.
• Mentor product managers and build organizational product management capability.

Requirements

• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related area and 9 years of experience in product management.
• Option 2: 11 years of experience in product management or a related area.
• Extensive experience in product strategy and roadmap management across multiple related products.
• Experience leading complex product lifecycles, including MVP development, launch execution, and long-term optimization.
• Expertise in data-driven decision-making using analytics, experimentation, and AI insights.
• Experience with enterprise-level stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.
• Understanding of customer needs through design thinking, journey mapping, and user research methodologies.
• Ability to mentor and develop product management talent while promoting best practices and ethical standards.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or a related area.
• 8 years of experience as a product manager, ideally with consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience creating inclusive digital experiences and implementing WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
• Knowledge of assistive technologies, digital accessibility best practices, and accessibility standards and guidelines.
