Auditor II (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States

What you will do

• Conduct operational and compliance audit and advisory engagements across domestic and international operations.
• Plan and execute audit engagements, including reporting and follow-up activities.
• Develop, monitor, and assist with audit engagement testing strategies.
• Analyze and evaluate data, process and system flows, business objectives, risks, and control activities.
• Compile audit report data, maintain work paper documentation, document processes, and prepare audit findings.
• Research applicable laws, regulations, and company policies while supporting audit discovery and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Operations, IT, or a related field, or equivalent training or experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience and related work experience.
• Knowledge of the financial industry and industry audit standards.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects and resources simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze situations or data across multiple factors and exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices.
• Ability to build productive internal and external working relationships.

Nice to have

• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Professional auditing experience in Accounting, Operations, IT, or a related area.
• Experience with a recognized process improvement discipline such as Six Sigma, Lean, or ISO.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CPE, CFE, or CISA.
