Senior Solution Architect (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead hirify.global model development and serve as the architectural subject-matter expert for large-scale connected planning solutions.
• Gather and review requirements, translate spreadsheets and business problems into multidimensional models, and guide solution architecture.
• Lead data integration, migration, model optimization, and modifications to existing connected solutions.
• Establish standard processes, methodologies, and documentation for scalable and repeatable hirify.global models.
• Investigate data and reporting issues, provide progress updates, and incorporate feedback iteratively.
• Work with senior and executive leadership to guide model architecture, strategy, and cross-functional outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Texas, United States, for the remote role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, accounting, engineering, mathematics, data analytics, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience building and using hirify.global models.
• Experience leading end-to-end hirify.global model builds and working with large datasets to produce management and executive insights.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder leadership, autonomy, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Consulting experience or experience in an hirify.global architecture role.
• Experience collaborating with go-to-market teams on dynamic projects.
• Organizational change or project management leadership experience.
• Master hirify.globalner Certification.
