Operations Manager, Brazil (Crypto)

What you will do

• Support leadership in developing Brazil market expansion plans and launching new services.
• Coordinate launch and operational initiatives with Government Relations, Marketing, Tech, business owners, and country managers.
• Maintain world-class operational standards across licensing, local exchange operations, products, and growth.
• Use data dashboards to improve user experience, monitor and report operating metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement action plans.
• Use region-specific data and insights to define product operations changes, design experiments, and implement improvements with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven success in a similar role, such as management consulting or operations at a high-growth startup.
• Strong data focus, including the ability to pull and analyze data, identify required data, and scale analysis across the region.
• Outstanding executive-level verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex business problems clearly.
• Ability to build business cases and quantitative models that inform and influence operations strategy.
• Self-starter and leader with an entrepreneurship mentality who assumes the risks and rewards of running an innovative, sustainable operation.
• Cross-cultural interpersonal skills and the ability to build and manage strong relationships with the team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners.
• Passion for crypto and digital assets.
