Project Management Officer (PMO) (Web3)

Location: Global and fully remote; candidates must have the right to work in the country where they are based.

What you will do

• Bridge Product and Engineering by translating priorities, surfacing dependencies, and aligning scope, trade-offs, and timelines.
• Own project plans, track milestones, drive ETAs, and push cross-functional initiatives to completion.
• Run planning cadences, sprint reviews, and cross-team syncs with PMs and engineering leads.
• Identify risks and blockers, escalate issues appropriately, and drive resolution.
• Provide leadership with concise status updates, delivery metrics, and project health reporting.
• Improve PMO processes, tools, and delivery rituals to help teams ship faster.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, or PMO within technology or product-led companies.
• Proven experience driving cross-functional projects between Product and Engineering through delivery.
• Passion for Web3 and understanding of the direction of the industry, particularly wallet infrastructure.
• Technical fluency sufficient to understand engineering trade-offs and build credibility with engineers.
• Strong communication, organization, stakeholder alignment, and accountability skills.
• Familiarity with Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar tools, plus experience in a high-growth or scale-up environment.
