Security Advisor II, Falcon Complete (Remote)

What you will do

• Assess customers’ Falcon environments and verify alignment with Falcon Complete standards.
• Recommend security improvements and remediation for CrowdStrike product components.
• Contact customers when misalignment with Falcon Complete standards is identified and guide them toward secure outcomes.
• Document, update, and resolve customer issues in accordance with established procedures and SLAs.
• Develop service reports and statistics for customers as requested.
• Partner with internal teams and support specialists to troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolution.

Requirements

• Customer empathy and the ability to guide customers toward desired outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to partner with CrowdStrike teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.
• Experience or demonstrated knowledge of threat detection and incident response.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity, or relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in incident management and CSIRT operations, change management, malicious code detection and response, intrusion detection and response, and audit, logging, and monitoring controls including SIEM, UEBA, MDR, or XDR.
• Experience working with complex, sophisticated clients and across multiple teams to resolve customer issues and requests.
• Strong analytical capabilities, willingness to learn, and experience as a security advisor or consultant.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001/2, NIST Cyber Security Framework, CIS Critical Security, PCI DSS, Cloud Controls Matrix, or MITRE ATT&CK frameworks.
• Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
