Business Continuity Manager (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Establish and drive the Business Continuity Management programme in the designated country and across relevant international sites.
• Lead Business Impact Analyses, continuity planning, BCM policies, procedures, and the multi-year BCM roadmap.
• Develop and maintain a fully operational, auditable BCM system aligned with the global divisional framework and ISO 22301.
• Design and deliver mandatory BCM training and high-fidelity, cross-functional simulation exercises.
• Manage external vendors and cross-functional teams deploying digital BCM tools and supporting BCM operations.
• Provide tactical support during incidents and conduct post-incident evaluations to improve programme effectiveness.

Requirements

• Professional experience in programme and project management.
• Ability to establish a BCM programme in a greenfield environment and lead its transition to a mature, certified system.
• Experience with Business Impact Analyses, continuity plans, BCM policies and procedures, risk profiles, and incident management.
• Ability to support the National BCM Risk Owner and integrate the country BCM Risk Profile into Enterprise Risk Management.
• Ability to design and execute scenario-based training and cross-functional simulation exercises.
• Ability to manage external teams and vendors and collaborate with global colleagues, divisional stakeholders, and major business functions.
• Commitment to compliance, integrity, and proactive management of operational, cyber, natural disaster, and supply chain disruption risks.
