Tech Operations Officer (m/f/d)

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw or Cracow, Poland.

Building a large-scale international fintech platform from the ground up with an AI-native engineering organization in Poland.

What you will do

• Coordinate the full contractor lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, offboarding, agreements, documentation, approvals, timesheets, and invoice payments.
• Support Engineering hiring, including OPEX-funded positions, and monitor recruitment funnels, pipeline health, hiring metrics, workforce capacity, and contractor spend.
• Track contractor and Engineering headcount costs against budgets, support business cases, and prepare consolidated reports using SAP, ATS platforms, and time-tracking systems.
• Identify and implement AI, low-code, and digital automation opportunities; build lightweight dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Support Engineering projects through coordination, status tracking, timeline visibility, action management, and delivery monitoring.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in operations, HR operations, business support, or finance operations.
• Experience with contract administration, vendor management, and invoice processing.
• Experience with SAP or the ability to learn it quickly.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve operational processes.
• Basic SQL knowledge and familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment processes.
• Experience building simple automations, low-code solutions, or AI-driven workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
