What you will do

• Verify management systems in the food industry, working either individually or as part of a team.
• Conduct expert assessments of management system implementations for clients across Poland, Czechia, and abroad.
• Ensure all audits meet the strict requirements of the relevant accreditation bodies.
• Collaborate with clients to help them improve their overall food management systems.
• Contribute to the development and expansion of hirify.global services based on technical expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in the food industry (process and/or technology).
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in food production and/or technology.
• Obligatory qualification for 3rd party auditing in IFS Food and BRC Food.
• Good command of both English and Czech (spoken and written).
• Adequate working experience in quality management and food safety within the food sector.
• Analytical approach with a proactive attitude and assertiveness.

Nice to have

• Qualification and experience in FSSC 22000.
• Qualification for BRC S&D, IFS Logistics, ISO 22000, and/or BRC Packaging.
