Lead Auditor (Contractor) GFSI - Food Certification Schemes

Location: Gdansk, Poland; requires visiting customers across Poland, Czechia, and abroad.

What you will do

• Verify management systems in the food industry individually or as part of an audit team.
• Examine and assess the implementation of food safety and quality management systems for clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve clients' overall food management systems.
• Provide expert client service and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.
• Build client collaboration and contribute to the development of hirify.global services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in food industry processes or technology.
• At least 3 years of experience in food production or technology within the food industry.
• Relevant experience in quality management and food safety.
• Mandatory third-party auditing qualification for IFS Food and BRC Food.
• Good spoken and written English and Czech.
• Analytical, proactive, assertive, and able to communicate effectively.

Nice to have

• FSSC 22000 qualification and experience.
• Additional qualification in BRC Storage and Distribution, IFS Logistics, ISO 22000, or BRC Packaging.
