What you will do

• Lead the technical design and delivery of end-to-end Pega solutions, including architecture, configuration, integrations, and implementation.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and sustainable Pega-based solutions.
• Support two squads within the Financial Economic Crime Investigations domain.
• Guide and mentor developers and offshore colleagues while promoting Pega best practices and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and offshore teams.
• Safeguard application stability, continuity, technical quality, and long-term maintainability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pega Lead System Architect delivering complex end-to-end implementations.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions using Pega Constellation.
• Demonstrated ownership of delivery from requirements and design through implementation and production handover.
• Certified Pega Lead System Architect certification.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently make architectural decisions and lead technical discussions.

Nice to have

• Experience within Financial Economic Crime, Know Your Customer, or another regulated environment.
• Banking domain knowledge.
• Dutch language skills.
• Experience working with international and offshore teams.
