Middle SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Location: Remote, Tbilisi, Georgia; ability to travel to client locations is required.

What you will do

• Work directly with clients at different organizational levels to guide complex projects and develop solutions.
• Lead business process re-engineering and technology enablement efforts.
• Apply human capital management and SAP expertise to support client business objectives.
• Facilitate solution architecture workshops to determine functional requirements with business managers, client staff, and end-users.
• Configure SAP HR and SuccessFactors systems according to client business requirements.
• Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer, share best practices, and provide leadership to junior systems analysts and assigned client personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of recent hands-on systems configuration experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM.
• Experience with at least one SAP SuccessFactors module: Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, or Recruiting.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher.
