Customer Success Engineer (AI Penetration Testing)

What you will do

• Build and own trusted relationships with technical stakeholders, security leaders, and platform owners across large enterprise accounts.
• Translate exposure findings, platform outcomes, and risk reduction into clear business value for practitioners and CISOs.
• Manage technical adoption, integrations, onboarding, enablement, training, and technical workstreams through customer confirmation of value.
• Drive adoption of AI-driven penetration testing alongside attack surface management, from initial discussions through integration into customers' normal security cycles.
• Interpret attack chains, validated exposures, exploitability, and remediation priorities in the context of existing penetration testing programs.
• Represent customer feedback to Product and Engineering, mentor less experienced colleagues, and support onboarding, reviews, maturity planning, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

• Deep product and security expertise sufficient to guide enterprise customers through technical adoption and integration.
• Ability to understand customer security programs, internal dynamics, technical requirements, workflows, and adoption processes.
• Ability to explain technical findings and risk reduction to both security practitioners and executive stakeholders.
• Understanding of penetration testing, including engagement scoping, finding validation and reporting, exploitability, attack chains, assurance requirements, and coordination with third-party testers.
• Ability to manage complex and diverse technical requirements across multiple enterprise customers with autonomy and sound judgment.
• Ability to handle product gaps, escalations, missed expectations, and roadmap discussions while maintaining customer trust.
