Transformation Lead (Generative AI)

hirify.global provides a SaaS advertising technology platform using Generative AI to support content creation and AI-driven transformation for brands, small businesses, and creative individuals.

What you will do

• Own the strategic and technical direction, client narrative, transformation thesis, and delivery plan for engagements across defined accounts.
• Structure ambiguous client problems into hypotheses, workstreams, and sequenced decisions using first-principles problem solving.
• Co-design recommendations and timelines with Forward Deployed Engineers and Creative Leads.
• Lead enterprise-wide change management, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of integrated AI-driven workflows.
• Translate Generative AI concepts into repeatable operating processes and provide hands-on platform support, including agent configuration, prototyping, and recommendation testing.
• Feed customer insights to Product and Engineering and document successful engagements as repeatable Transformation Blueprints.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in consulting, in-house transformation, programme management, or enterprise technology implementation.
• Exposure to technology, digital strategy, and/or operations.
• A strong academic record in a quantitative or analytical discipline such as STEM, economics, engineering, or business.
• Daily use of AI tools, including Claude Cowork, and an automation-oriented approach.
• Hands-on technical fluency, including configuring agents, prototyping, stress-testing recommendations, and holding technical discussions with client engineers about their technology stack.
• Confidence working independently with senior stakeholders, giving direct feedback, and managing shifting scope.
• A track record of delivering complex, cross-functional, and ambiguous work to a high standard and on time.

Nice to have

• Experience with Claude Code or other agentic tooling.
• Lightweight engineering experience with SQL, scripts, or reading code.
• Marketing, advertising, or agency experience.
