Facilities Services Manager (Facilities Management)

Location: Tampa, Florida, US; travel required, estimated at 50% and potentially higher or lower based on portfolio needs.

What you will do

• Oversee the successful execution of capital projects across more than 100 stores, with project values ranging from $1,500 to $1 million.
• Select and supervise vendors and contractors, develop project scopes of work, solicit bids, supervise projects, and close out completed work.
• Inspect property conditions across districts to maintain safety, security, and facility standards.
• Maintain project records and track accounting information using company computer systems.
• Participate in annual facilities budgeting and five-year forecasting.
• Review, track, and approve work orders and invoices while ensuring projects meet company standards, budgets, timelines, and guidelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience in multi-site facilities management and/or project management.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%; travel may be higher or lower based on portfolio needs.

Nice to have
