What you will do

• Develop core technologies for next-generation optical devices that enable advanced performance and scalable architectures.
• Propose new concepts and lead development activities with relevant internal stakeholders, or advance specialist expertise in a specific technical domain and share it across the organization.
• Adapt development strategies and technical directions to rapid industry changes.
• Bridge advanced device concepts with practical packaging while considering manufacturability and long-term scalability.
• Collaborate with device design, process engineering, and evaluation functions to accelerate technology development.
• Help shape mid- and long-term technology directions based on technical insight and industry trends.

Requirements

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in electronics, electrical engineering, physics, or a related technical field.
• Ability to plan, execute, and analyze scientific experiments.
• Experience documenting experimental results and their analysis.
• Fluent Japanese and intermediate English.
• Basic PC skills, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
