Field Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; preference for New York or San Francisco, with optional office access. Regular travel to customer sites is expected.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners.
• Design technical architectures, product features, and full-scale integrations.
• Collaborate with customer engineers and executive teams to maximize the use of AI technologies.
• Use coding and technical expertise to solve complex customer problems and deliver high-impact solutions.

Requirements

• Experience working with customers, including through student clubs or side projects, with interest in close technical customer collaboration.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong software development knowledge, including software development practices, software architecture, and API integration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to summarize complex technical knowledge and use logic to pursue optimal solutions.
• Ability to work remotely from within the United States.
• Availability for regular travel to customer sites.
