Talent Intern (Fintech)

Location: On-site in Berlin, Germany; relocation support is available for candidates willing to relocate.

Salary: €2.5K per month.

hirify.global is building a modern correspondent bank by combining a national bank charter with its proprietary, code-based core banking system, Marble.

What you will do

• Source and engage candidates across engineering, product, operations, compliance, and sales.
• Coordinate interviews and keep hiring managers and candidates moving through the process.
• Build and automate recruiting workflows using Ashby, n8n, Zapier, Make, and AI tools.
• Own a larger project such as a new sourcing channel, employer brand initiative, or hiring analytics.
• Run day-to-day recruiting work in parallel with one or two larger projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or having obtained a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• 1–2 previous internships or roles in high-growth startups, venture capital, or consulting, or demonstrated initiative through side projects, student organizations, research, or entrepreneurial work.
• Availability for 3–6 months.
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate to Berlin.
• Strong interest in finding and engaging excellent candidates, with comfort speaking to senior leaders, hiring managers, and candidates from the first day.
• Ability to build workflows in n8n, Zapier, or Make and use AI tools to improve productivity.
