ERP Finance Systems Specialist (NetSuite)

Location: Fully remote or hybrid with on-site collaboration at the office in Warsaw, Poland.

Salary: PLN 16,000–22,000 gross per month under an employment contract (UoP).

What you will do

• Improve the Oracle NetSuite setup across 15 subsidiaries by identifying pain points, prioritising changes, and implementing best-practice solutions.
• Build and extend NetSuite automations, including workflows, scripts, custom forms, roles, saved searches, and reports, using LLMs such as Anthropic Claude or Gemini to build, query, and document configurations.
• Act as an in-house Finance consultant and implementer by guiding accountants, running process workshops, and delivering focused implementation sprints.
• Safeguard month-end and year-end close quality through traceable journal entries and robust reconciliations.
• Support financial statement and system audits, including evidence preparation, auditor coordination, and follow-up on findings.
• Improve interfaces with Salesforce, Payhawk, and Workday Adaptive, as well as data handover to downstream systems, while sharing solutions across the organisation.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in ERP consultancy or implementation with a finance process focus, or in bookkeeping, audit, or tax with strong ERP exposure.
• Business-fluent English at C1 level.
• Hands-on ERP configuration experience with Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Solid understanding of month-end close and audits, with experience on at least one side of the process.
• Basic knowledge of German GAAP (HGB), Polish GAAP (UoR), or IFRS.
• Technical mindset with the ability and motivation to configure systems, turn ideas into working solutions, and work with LLMs or learn to do so quickly.
• Strong communication skills for guiding Finance colleagues and stakeholders in Billing, Sales, and IT through change.

Nice to have

• Oracle NetSuite experience, ideally gained through 2–4 implementations.
• Previously built automations or agents, with an explanation of what was built and why.
