Odoo Project Leader (Odoo)

What you will do

• Gather and analyze client requirements, map them to Odoo functionality, and present best-fit solutions through demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules for business processes, collaborating with technical teams on custom development and troubleshooting.
• Conduct functional testing and user acceptance testing with clients.
• Provide end-user training and documentation to support adoption and smooth transitions.
• Manage the full implementation lifecycle, including delivery timelines, client satisfaction, and solution deployment.
• Prepare cost estimates, project timelines, and technical feasibility assessments.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an Odoo Project Leader or in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Full working proficiency in Ukrainian and English.
• Strong understanding of Odoo modules, including Sales, Accounting, and HR.
