Commercial Business Partner - Project Controlling

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland. hirify.global also identifies its Bucharest office in Romania.

What you will do

• Set up and maintain Manning Projects, including WBS structures, cost allocation, and accurate master data.
• Manage timely monthly billing of personnel resources for Offshore Service projects, Aftermarket, and other Business Units.
• Own Transfer Pricing documentation, including SLAs, THOPs, and intercompany charging requirements.
• Partner with SAP experts to develop, maintain, and improve automated billing processes.
• Support Engineering as a Finance Business Partner through financial planning, cost monitoring, reporting, headcount reporting, budgeting, and cost center controlling.
• Coordinate with Commercial Project Managers, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve billing issues and improve standardization, automation, and reporting.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a comparable field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Controlling, Project Finance, Cost Accounting, or a related commercial function.
• Good understanding of SAP, WBS structures, project accounting, and intercompany charging processes.
• Strong digital, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for collaboration with Commercial Project Managers, technical experts, and different Business Units.
• Structured, detail-oriented, proactive approach, strong ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate across functions, and meet monthly deadlines.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx, or similar automation and data analytics tools.
