Team Leader in Regulatory Reporting Team (Alternative Investments)

Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office, or 2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old

What you will do

• Administer the current regulatory reporting process and coordinate daily activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain regulatory reporting tools, templates, documentation, and provide support to end users.
• Review existing processes, identify improvements, and define a consistent target operating model.
• Standardize reporting processes, controls, data inputs, and outputs across relevant areas.
• Lead the implementation of regulatory changes and drive automation initiatives with stakeholders and technology partners.
• Document procedures and controls, support the handover to the new team, and coach staff to improve performance.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in financial or regulatory reporting, accountancy, or audit, including direct responsibility for staff.
• Degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting practices and local regulations.
• Risk-aware mindset with a strong focus on implementing and following internal controls.
• Strong mentoring, coaching, numerical, analytical, reviewing, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English and strong Excel skills.
