RMT Engineer for MRTT & Derivatives Programs

Location: Getafe Area, Spain; hybrid work model when possible.

What you will do

• Establish RMT requirements with design offices and suppliers and ensure implementation in aircraft design.
• Perform maintainability, reliability, operational and mission reliability, availability, and maintenance economics analyses.
• Prepare engineering documentation including FMECA, failure catalogues, BIT concept documents, MTA, QMA, and FRACAS records.
• Conduct maintainability demonstrations using aircraft and digital mock-up environments and participate in design reviews.
• Represent the RMT discipline in multidisciplinary design teams and coordinate RAMT requirements and deliverables with design offices and suppliers.
• Investigate in-service problems, identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, manage RMT logistics data, and support customer queries, offers, procedures, and technical reports.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Aeronautical Engineering.
• Experience with 3D digital mock-up environments.
• Fluent English in writing and conversation is required.
• Ability to coordinate effectively within a team both in person and remotely.
• Team-oriented approach and capability to work across design, supplier, customer services, and integrated logistics support functions.
