RMT-Testability Engineer for Transport Programs (Aerospace)

Location: Getafe Area, Spain; hybrid working model when possible.

What you will do

• Establish and agree testability requirements with design offices and suppliers, ensuring implementation in the aircraft design.
• Perform and assess testability analyses and engineering documentation, including FMECA, failure catalogues, BIT/BITE descriptions, and RAMT reports.
• Participate in design reviews and represent the testability discipline within multidisciplinary design teams.
• Support verification activities, including laboratory testing, flight-test analysis, and in-service analysis.
• Maintain testability data in logistics databases and support Integrated Logistic Support, technical publications, and material services.
• Investigate in-service problems, identify root causes, recommend cost-effective corrective actions, and respond to customer queries.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent, such as a Master’s degree.
• Fluent English for written and spoken communication.
• Team-oriented mindset and the ability to coordinate with colleagues both in person and remotely.
• Experience or capability in testability analysis, verification and validation, and engineering design documentation.
