What you will do

• Monitor and track data quality indicators through reports, dashboards, and controls aligned with hirify.global's Data Quality Framework.
• Investigate data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Design and coordinate remediation plans, data cleanshirify.global activities, and issue resolution through closure.
• Define data quality requirements and standards for critical data elements with business and data stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technology teams to translate business requirements into data quality solutions and toolhirify.global.
• Support testhirify.global, validation, continuous improvement projects, and strategic data quality initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
• Experience or knowledge of Data Quality Management practices, includhirify.global data profilhirify.global, data quality assessment, data cleanshirify.global, and data quality monitorhirify.global.
• Strong analytical and problem-solvhirify.global skills.
• Experience interprethirify.global data quality dashboards and reports.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment.
• A proactive, transparent, and collaborative mindset.
