Senior Reporting Analyst (Transparency Reporting)

What you will do

• Perform transparency reporting tasks, including data validation, data remediation, data analytics, and generation of draft reports.
• Review reporting methods and clearly articulate how reports are prepared.
• Send client information requests for missing details, clarifications, and documentation.
• Track activities and report activity data and weekly status updates to client stakeholders.
• Perform quality reviews and validation of data inputs.
• Support reporting automation activities using BI tools while adhering to confidentiality, sensitive communication, and intellectual property policies.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of senior-level reporting analyst experience and 5 years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and validation, including Power Query and VBA Macros.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines in a time-sensitive environment, and ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build internal relationships and work within a team environment.

Nice to have

• Background in the pharmaceutical, technology services, or software industry.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical compliance regulations.
