Readiness Services Consultant (Cybersecurity)

Location: USA - Remote

Salary: $95,000–$140,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonuses and equity grants.

What you will do

• Manage and grow strategic relationships with Services retainer customers through structured account management and regular engagement.
• Drive customer preparedness through education, strategic planning, and optimization of CrowdStrike Services investments.
• Coordinate with Sales and Delivery teams to align customer needs with available service capabilities.
• Conduct account reviews, follow-up documentation, service scoping, and customer success planning.
• Contribute to program enhancements, best-practice development, and service delivery improvements.
• Support pipeline growth through strategic account expansion.

Requirements

• Experience in cybersecurity services, including incident response management, customer success, and/or advisory consulting.
• Proven experience managing senior-level relationships in technical environments.
• Strong project coordination capabilities with an emphasis on customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage workload, balance competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and incident response considerations.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.
