Finance Specialist (Financial Systems)

Location: BOS Singapore; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Provide subject matter expertise and support for finance-related projects.
• Collaborate with Finance Projects, Front Office, Operations, and IT teams to align project goals with business objectives.
• Support Core Banking System modifications, General Ledger upgrades, finance process optimization, and automation initiatives.
• Create and maintain business requirements, user acceptance test scenarios and cases, process workflows, and project timelines.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to maintain project continuity.
• Support regional Finance Management with financial, regulatory, and statutory reporting, including auditor requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with a strong background in financial systems and project implementation.
• Experience in efficiency automation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate project challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
