Operations Specialist (Private Banking)

What you will do

• Support client performance reporting and data quality management for the Singapore and Hong Kong booking centres.
• Collaborate with internal partners, external providers, and relevant departments on client performance enquiries, controls, reports, and customised statements.
• Provide business support to front-unit teams and assist with daily position reconciliation between T24 and Triple’A Plus.
• Support new initiatives and projects, process improvements, scalability measures, and cost optimisation opportunities.
• Work with relevant teams on regulatory requirements and complete mandatory training.

Requirements

• Degree qualification and at least 2 years of relevant experience in Private Banking.
• Good understanding of client performance reporting methodologies, including valuation, performance calculation, contribution and attribution, and cost-price calculation.
• Good knowledge of the T24 core banking system and Triple’A Plus performance reporting system.
• Good understanding of different asset classes and the ability to interpret business operations booking processes, transactions, and product life-cycle events and assess their impact on position valuation and portfolio performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good presentation skills.
• Attention to detail, a risk and control mindset, ability to anticipate risks, review processes, and implement mitigating controls.
• Ability to interact with people at various levels, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle tight deadlines.
