What you will do

• Provide structural biology support for clinical variant analyses through structure-function relationship interpretation.
• Develop methods, protocols, and tools for structural modeling, molecular dynamics, and clinical variant assessment on internal platforms.
• Partner with statisticians and data scientists to validate algorithms and data collection workflows.
• Coordinate clinical research projects across Bioinformatics, R&D, and reporting teams.
• Write testable, production-grade code following SDLC standards and code review best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge bases; mentor junior staff and lead the structural team.

Requirements

• PhD in computational biology, structural biology, biophysics, bioinformatics, or an equivalent field.
• At least 5 years of R&D experience in computational structural biology or related fields, including at least 2 years of post-doctoral or industrial experience and 2 years of management experience.
• Fluency or proficiency in Python, R, Perl, C, C++, Java, and SQL.
• Experience with bioinformatics and modeling software.
• Strong background in systems biology, molecular dynamics, and experimental techniques including X-ray and Cryo-EM.
