Associate, Investor Delivery (Fintech)

What you will do

• Complete daily deliverables related to investor registration, dealing, reporting, and cash while following company and department policies.
• Meet service level agreements and escalate client or deliverable issues when required.
• Respond to queries from clients, investors, fund managers, and internal departments to a high standard.
• Perform assigned tasks and processes accurately and with consistent quality.
• Participate in team check-ins, share information and ideas, and support colleagues.
• Support department initiatives, projects, risk mitigation, and MUFG core values.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred, or relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management, banking, or client service.
• Knowledge of Investor Services processes and related functionalities is an asset.
• Existing client or customer service experience is ideal.
• Computer skills with strengths in Microsoft Office products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is an asset.
