Product Manager, Games Discovery (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid role based in New York City.

Salary: $94,000–$129,250 USD annually, depending on experience, location, business needs, and market demand.

What you will do

• Shape and drive product initiatives for games discovery within hirify.global Casino.
• Define product vision and OKRs based on customer and product needs.
• Assess opportunities and lead ideation, prioritization, and design of new initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, content, commercial, marketing, and operations teams to deliver and launch products.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute post-launch optimizations and improvements.
• Track and report product performance and progress against OKRs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a product manager or in a similar role.
• Proven experience partnering with engineers and designers to deliver successful products.
• Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Excellent stakeholder management and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects while balancing scope, resources, time, and quality.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables.
• Experience using AI tools to support product management discovery and execution.
