Project Manager (m/f/d) (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional projects according to hirify.global Project Management standards from kick-off through completion.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Monitor project KPIs, profitability, quality, and costs, implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities and develop mitigation plans.
• Coordinate communication with stakeholders, project teams, and the Project Steering Committee, escalating issues when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Project Management, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced English, written and spoken, for communication with global teams and customers.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
