Sr Consumer Loan Ops Rep - Bank

Location: Appleton, Wisconsin, United States; requires working in the Operation Center office as needed.

Salary: $20.79–$28.12 per hour.

What you will do

• Create and review consumer loan closing packages for regulatory and bank lending policy compliance.
• Process simple and complex consumer and home equity loan transactions, including escrow disbursements, annual escrow analysis, flood tracking, file maintenance, satisfactions, and subordination requests.
• Review scheduled reports for exceptions, errors, auditing, and maintenance transactions while meeting quality and productivity standards.
• Respond to internal and external client inquiries, resolve escalated problems, and manage confidential requests according to procedures and service-level agreements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, backup resource for management, and trainer for Consumer Loan Operations representatives and new hires.
• Partner with leadership, Personal Banking, and external vendors to test systems, improve processes, and manage additional projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of banking operations experience required; customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
• Excellent problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to work accurately and independently as well as in a team, including with interruptions and deadlines.
• Ability to perform system testing and complete test cases in loan origination and core platforms.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bank operations platform experience.
