Commercial Deposit Support Specialist - Large Corporate

Salary: $28.60–$47.66 hourly (USD)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for commercial deposit servicing and maintain relationships with clients and internal partners, including cross-regional support.
• Open and maintain accounts, process service requests such as stop payments, fee waivers, wires, and transfers, and ensure documentation and disclosure requirements are met.
• Authenticate users, monitor suspicious activity, support fraud recovery, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Lead BSA, AML, and KYC processes; validate entity documentation, maintain customer records, and resolve documentation issues.
• Support Treasury Management products, client onboarding, product adoption, and collaboration with Treasury Management Consultants and Relationship Managers.
• Monitor reports, resolve discrepancies, support system outages, process transactions in source systems during outages, analyze complaints, and maintain data integrity and internal controls.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree and at least 3 years of related experience, including financial or banking industry or customer service experience; or, in lieu of a degree, at least 5 years of combined higher education and/or work experience, including at least 3 years of related experience.
• Professional and clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely completion of work.
• Ability to follow risk, regulatory, internal control, documentation, and procedural requirements.
