Professional Services DevOps Architect (DevSecOps)

What you will do

• Guide strategic enterprise customers through DevOps, DevSecOps, and MLOps transformations as a trusted advisor.
• Consult, architect, design, and implement CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps platforms using hirify.global products, Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Support, Development, Devs, and DevSecOps professionals to support customer success.
• Mentor and coach consulting team members and train customers and the open-source community.
• Influence hirify.global tool features and product roadmaps based on customer needs.
• Maintain current knowledge of DevSecOps and CI/CD technology trends and build strong customer and community relationships.

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience and 5+ years in professional services or consulting with enterprise customers.
• Experience with continuous integration tools including CI servers, Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, and npm.
• Ability to lead, architect, and build software delivery pipelines using Docker, npm, Java, PyPI, Git, binary repository management, binary scanning, and continuous integration.
• Good understanding of infrastructure and operations, including storage, networking, computing, security, and public and on-premises cloud environments.
• Experience with continuous deployment and delivery tools including Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, and Kubernetes.
• Mandatory hands-on Linux experience and hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud infrastructure.
• Customer-facing experience with strong interpersonal and customer-service-oriented skills.
• Experience with server-side software in on-premises and cloud environments.
• Uncompromising willingness to learn and an open-source state of mind.

• Experience with software architecture design and product development.
• Experience with the MLOps toolset and ecosystem.
