Senior Manager, Realty Project Management - DS

Location: Columbia, Missouri, United States; onsite role at a Walmart Supercenter.

Salary: $80,000–$155,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Oversee multiple realty execution projects and ensure timely completion of scopes and deliverables.
• Manage vendors, sourcing, delivery, and installation of materials and fixtures in line with project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with design managers and cross-functional partners to implement design changes and resolve issues.
• Direct associates and contractors on project processes, timelines, and merchandise placement.
• Communicate project plans, risks, adjustments, and impacts to stakeholders while aligning initiatives with corporate strategies.
• Facilitate project meetings, drive corrective actions, and optimize economic and customer experience outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field plus 2 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a relevant area; alternatively, 4 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• Expertise managing multiple realty execution projects and coordinating project activities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships for timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules, assessing risks, and implementing corrective actions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Capability in process improvement and adaptability in dynamic operational environments.
• Commitment to company policies, ethical standards, and fostering a high-performing team culture.
