What you will do

• Manage execution and client experience for small- to medium-scope projects.
• Develop or support project proposals, contracts, budgets, fees, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project teams, design and drafting activities, schedules, and communications.
• Monitor project budgets, performance, quality expectations, and compliance with standards.
• Act as the primary client contact, manage expectations, and resolve project-related conflicts.
• Support larger or more complex projects and program projects when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business; relevant AEC or professional services experience may substitute.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of project management exposure; 7 years is required without a degree.
• Basic proficiency in project management standards and execution.
• Fundamental understanding of building design and construction principles.
• Strong collaboration, communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
